Terms of Use
Last updated October 17, 2026These terms are an agreement between you and Antonio Kodheli, the developer of Ondri (“Ondri”, “we”), for using the Ondri app and website. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the app. If they conflict, these terms apply to the service and Apple's to the app licence. By using Ondri you accept these terms and the Community Rules.
1. Who can use Ondri
You must be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live; if you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree too. You're responsible for your account and what's made with it.
2. What Ondri does
Ondri uses artificial intelligence to turn the photos, video clips and descriptions you add into new videos and photos. Results are generated by a third-party AI provider (Higgsfield). They can be inaccurate, unexpected or imperfect, and may resemble existing works or people by chance. Don't rely on them for anything factual.
3. Credits, subscriptions and refunds
- Creating videos and photos costs credits. The price is shown before you start.
- Subscriptions are billed by Apple and renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel them in your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases.
- Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and end when your account is deleted.
- If a generation fails or is blocked by safety checks, its credits are returned automatically.
- Refunds for payments are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
4. Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in what you add. You give us, and our AI provider, a limited licence to store, process and transform it only to provide the service to you. You confirm you have the rights to everything you add, including permission from every person who appears in it.
Subject to these terms and the law, you may use the results you create, including commercially. Results may not be protected by copyright in some countries, and similar results may be made for others. When you post results, don't present them as real footage of events that didn't happen, and follow the AI-labelling rules of the platform you post on.
5. Rules
Follow the Community Rules. In short: no sexual content, nothing involving minors in a sexual or harmful way, no violence or hate, no public figures, no one else's face without their consent, and nothing illegal or designed to deceive. We may block requests, remove content, suspend accounts or report illegal content to the authorities.
6. Our rights
Ondri's app, website, name, logo and templates belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy, resell, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing one.
7. Ending
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app. We can suspend or end access if you break these terms or the law. Cancelling a subscription doesn't delete your account; deleting your account doesn't cancel an Apple subscription.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Ondri is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or that results will meet your expectations, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country whose law governs these terms], except where your local consumer law says otherwise. Please contact us first so we can try to fix any problem.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll show the new date above and tell you in the app about significant changes.
